This index is of Partnering, (aka referral, agent, associate, distributor, networking, etc.), Programs Downstrike has found which pay downline commissions on web sites which they give away for free. If you don't like to promote Multi Level Marketing, then don't. But commissions are commissions, and these commission-paying programs are free. Has an overwhelming reputation for not paying.
Discount Funding Associates
Failed to report a single sale or sub-agent referral from 12458, (their count), visitors from Downstrike's, and closed their associate program on January 26, 2001, citing, "state regulatory concerns".
E-Book's Reseller Program
Seems to have disappeared.
EMS2000 Credit Card Processing
Disappeared without paying Downstrike.

Has begun requiring sign-up fees.
FreedomStarr
Is now named AmericanFone and never credited Downstrike for sales made.
Get Response Autoresponders
Self-replicating pages' links don't consistently credit the affiliate.

Is just a new name for the Alliance, AKA Adgrafix, AKA Virtualis, Reseller Program.
HotRate.com
Gave Downstrike vague notification of canceling his account either because he published negative opinions of SPAM on his web site, for SPAMming he didn't do, or for a problem on some other web site, along with instructions to contact HotRate if this was a mistake. Despite Downstrike's compliance with the instructions, Hotrate refuses to allow Downstrike to know enough about the problem to refute or correct it.
